Cancellation Policy
RDMN is a private, appointment only, suite space. To respect everyone's time and ensure smooth scheduling, all appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
In the event you need to reschedule or cancel please send a text as soon as possible to 916-475-7401. Email and/or Instagram DM are not checked throughout the work day.
